ARE YOU READY TO GET PAMPERED??
by Catherine Weingarten

June 24, 2018
Hester, an alternative chick, is thrust into a whole new girly world when she gets a job working as a Drama camp counselor at Lake Pampered. Hester is in for a big surprise when she realizes that all the campers can think about is makeup and tiaras, and her position teaching “drama” is not the same type of intensive theory based performing arts she studies at her alternative arts intensive college. Can Hester find the Pampered spirit within her to not only do the job, but do it super awesomely?!! Or is she doomed to let down her family legacy and forge her own path?

by Zoey Martinson

July 15, 2018
Developed with Smoke & Mirrors Collaborative

Selima is guilty until proven innocent as she fights to claim her place in the only country she has called home. She feels American, sounds American and yet having arrived illegally with her mother at the age of three, she now faces deportation into an unknown homeland. The Alien Nation follows her journey as it weaves from asylum seekers, lawyers and judges as their lives intersect in the U.S. immigration courtroom. Littered with audience interaction, multimedia and scored by a live DJ, the play explores how humanity survives in judicial proceedings.

by Ben Ferber

July 29, 2018
directed by Blayze Teicher

Two people from the most extreme parts of opposite ends of the Internet (which are, to be clear, not morally equivalent) meet irl. And become best friends. And work at a bookstore. Which is dying. But neither knows about the other's Internet life. And things get weird. And people get hurt. And lives get destroyed. And books get sold.
