HOW TO BE SAFE
by Ashley J. Jacobson

June 1-17, 2017
The Kraine Theater
After a friendly neighbor dies suddenly, the agoraphobic Audrey decides to venture out of her apartment for the first time in months - but only gets as far as the bus before a panic attack makes her turn back. Before she returns, her nervousness makes quite an impression on the brazen Willow, an adrenaline-seeking, recovering drug addict whose sobriety has left her eager to feel anything. After running away from her recovery program, Willow comes crashing in on Audrey’s safe space, hoping to find a place to stay.

HOW TO BE SAFE takes place as the women challenge each other, standing toe to toe with their opposing psychological demons.
