Artist Director, Ashley Jacobson, worked with director Casey Cleverly of Co-Op Theatre East to adapt Rattigan’s play too dark for the time it was originally written. This is a classic like you have never seen before.

Set at the home of a high living, hard drinking wealthy Brooklynite, AFTER THE DANCE took audiences on a journey of one man's fall from grace as he grapples with a life so heavy with irony that it is empty of any substance. The audience followed the characters via film and improvisation and witness the debauchery and irony unfold throughout the night. Part party, part play, it was an evening of dancing, live music, sarcasm, custom cocktails, and Rattigans' prescient text.
